Service Fulfillment
SerperMatrix is a digital Application Programming Interface (API) service. Upon successful checkout and payment, your product is fulfilled instantly and automatically.
API credits and plan access are provisioned to your account immediately with no manual intervention required. You can begin utilizing your API credits right away via your dashboard and our endpoints. We do not provide customized offline services that require delayed fulfillment.
Refund Policy
SerperMatrix offers a full refund when:
- A refund request is submitted within 14 days from the date of the initial payment.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@serpermatrix.com from the email address associated with your SerperMatrix account. Please include your invoice or transaction ID in the request.
Our team will review your request to verify eligibility based on the criteria above. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution or payment provider.
