2. Who is responsible for the data processing?
SerperMatrix (hereinafter: 'SerperMatrix', 'we', 'our', 'us'), is the data controller for the processing of the personal data of visitors to the SerperMatrix website and for the processing of personal data of its (potential) customers for its own purposes, specifically the processing in relation to customer relationship management and billing.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. For payment processing and billing-related data, Paddle acts as a Data Controller. You can review their privacy policy at their checkout and website.
The provision of the services offered by SerperMatrix should normally not result in the processing of personal data. In those rare circumstances where the provision of the services of SerperMatrix would lead to the processing of personal data, the customer will act as the data controller and SerperMatrix as the data processor.
